StepLock Access is a subsidiary of StepLock with its headquarters in Falun. Here we develop access and intercom systems and ensure that our customers receive top-class service and support. We are currently in an expansive and exciting growth phase and are therefore looking for more engaged colleagues – including a firstline support technician.

We combine innovation and technical expertise with a pleasant and modern working environment in newly renovated premises in Falun.

About the role

As a firstline support technician, you are often the first point of contact for our installers and customers. You receive calls and emails, guide during deployment, and assist with the activation of mobile applications. With a calm, pedagogical, and solution-oriented approach, you ensure that the customer feels secure throughout the process. The role may also involve some troubleshooting on-site at the customer, which means that travel within Sweden may occur.

Who are you?

You have a strong technical interest and thrive in a role where service and customer contact are at the center. You are flexible, curious, and enjoy varied tasks. Your personal qualities are just as important as your formal background.

We see that you have:

• Experience or education in installation, alarm, or access systems
• Basic IT skills
• A strong interest in technology, support, and customer service
• A valid driver's license, as the position may involve travel within Sweden
